The Magic Tower Compact is the ideal solution for fully automated storage and intelligent picking of THT and SMD reels as well as Jedec trays in high-mix, low-volume production environments. With MSL compliance and full traceability, this innovative storage system guarantees reliable and flexible inventory management.
As the smallest functional unit of the Magic Tower family, the Magic Tower Compact offers maximum efficiency in the smallest space, starting from a footprint of just around 2.5 m². The system consists of a rotating tower and a single in/out (I/O) position, allowing for fast and secure storage and picking of electronic components. Despite its compact size, the Magic Tower Compact is both flexible and scalable. Thanks to its modular construction, the system can be expanded and reconfigured at any time to meet your specific needs.
With the optional Auto-I/O module, up to 60 SMD reels can be automatically stored and retrieved independently of operators. Intelligent kitting based on pick lists enables precise and efficient picking and provisioning of required components. Separate input and output stations ensure quick and direct access to materials.
This makes the Magic Tower Compact the perfect solution for fully automated storage, smart kitting, and efficient picking of electronic components—especially suited for small and medium-sized production batches with diverse requirements.
